People love us on Yelp! Ok, not everyone, but most people. We've had some random hate reviews that were downright ludicrous, especially if you guys know how we are and how we treat every one that comes in to Shabu. Otherwise, we love the feedback, whether it be positive or negative. It lets us know what we're doing right and what we can do to make everyone's exprience here a bit better.
Let us know how you feel about our restaurant and throw up a review on us, yeah?

I think that's an excellent attitude and perspective to have on feedback--regardless of the intention of the person giving the feedback, it's data and you can use it.

duuuuuude, we've received some crummy reviews that seem pretty fabricated, but i guess that comes with the territory. we do try our best to listen to what people are saying and make as many adjustments as we can.
The fabricated stuff is irritating for sure, as well as the "never satisfied" complaining some people do. Ah, well. Comes with being in the hospitality business, right?
